Your position as International Account Manager:

In this position as an Account Manager you’re active in Central Asia, mainly Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan and neighboring countries. As an Account Manager it is your responsibility to ensure that your customers are satisfied with the services and products delivered. It is your goal to contribute to the joint growth strategy of your region.

You build on existing relationships and make these customers even more valuable through cross- and upselling. You actively look for new clients and sales possibilities.

You are creative and entrepreneurial person with good social skills. Selling in this region means connecting with people at different levels. This will be a main task to succeed.

This position revolves around personal contact, providing professional advice and a "hands-on" approach. As an Account Manager you are aware of what’s going on throughout the entire chain.

Position requirements:

  • You are sales driven.
  • You are a positive colleague and an energetic person with a good sense of humor.
  • You enjoy challenges and you get a kick from getting the deals done.
  • You easily adapt to changing social circumstances.
  • You are a networker and people around enjoy working with you.
  • You like the Horti-business sector.

To be successful in this role you will need to speak fluently Russian and English (preferably also Dutch). You have a driver’s license B (Dutch) and are willing to travel internationally. Last but not least, a smile on your face.
