During this internship, the focus will be on market research including a detailed SWOT analysis. This analysis of the horticultural market in South Korea covers the following:
- What the most important (covered) crops in the market are, who the largest growers and associations are and which competition is active in the market.
- For each crop you will determine which products from the Royal Brinkman range can be of added value to the grower in South Korea.
- The geography of South Korea is explained with the addition of which crops are well represented in which regions and where the main players in the country are located.
You will collect as much information as possible through interviews. Our internal account managers and product specialists can help you gather the information you need. You will also contact (potential) customers, relevant authorities and other parties active in the market.
After naming the opportunities, you write a recommendation in which you answer the research question and the purpose of the assignment.
